Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our fragrance products, all sales are considered final. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will gladly assist in the following cases:

Eligible Refunds:

  • Items damaged during transit

  • Incorrect item received

To request a refund:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: We do not accept returns for opened or used fragrance products for hygiene and safety reasons.
